We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. As a social media executive you will be responsible in developing and implementing the company’s Social media strategy in order to increase online presence and improve marketing efforts through targeted campaigns.


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the social media strategy for all social media accounts of the company and suggest improvements where necessary.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Management to define the most important social media KPIs
  • Work closely with content writers and designers to create content that drives the brand and engages customers.
  • Edit publish and share content on a daily basis including images, text, video.
  • Create and maintain a monthly social media calendar for social media.
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign and create/maintain monthly reports for management.
  • Communicate with influencers and other industry professional to create a strong network
  • Answer messages send by followers in all social media accounts.
  • Take on any other responsibilities regarding social media and digital marketing assigned to you.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist/Executive or similar and 4-5 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Excellent command and written skills of the English language.
  • Familiar with web design and publishing
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Great thinker and problem solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Proven knowledge on the subject of Social Media
  • Great interpersonal presentation and communication skills
  • University degree in Marketing, communication or other digital marketing certifications.

  • Business Development Manager

 

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the onboarding of regional Affiliates / IB’s/ Money Managers and other company partners
  • Acquisition of new partners
  • Assisting with the development of the Partner program in your specified region
  • Negotiate the terms of each partnership based upon the existing rebate structures.
  • Assist in the monitoring of affiliates and IBs on a daily basis to optimize affiliate activities and partner performance.
  • Educate the partners on the company’s platforms, trading products, account opening/deposit and withdrawal procedures.
  • Proactively work to retain existing business and reactivate partners.
  • Maintain direct contact with affiliates and IBs via telephone, live chat and email, ensuring excellent service standards and loyalty.
  • Enforce prudent approach and due diligence to the regulatory framework as per the company policies, ethos and ethics.
  • Working with the team to ensure KPI’s are met.
  • Business targets to be met quarterly
  • Supporting and assisting all departments as required.
  • Travel to affiliate conferences and events where required.

Candidate Profile

  • An excellent understanding of forex CFD’s and at least 2 years’ experience in a sales/business development role
  • Previous experience of working with affiliates/IB/partnerships

  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent command of English both spoken and written to a business standard, and at least one additional language.
