Back-Office (Payments) Administrator

This well-established and ambitious global broker is offering traders access to CFDs across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks & Cryptocurrencies is expanding globally and is currently looking to recruit a full-time Back-Office (Payments) Administrator for employment in its Limassol office.

With headquarters in Australia and further offices internationally, the broker is seeking a talented candidate to join its growing team and be responsible for the management and delivery of all content in line with the overall strategy of the business.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handling and monitoring clients’ deposits and withdrawals, making sure they are carried out as per relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Perform daily reconciliations between trading platforms and Banks & PSPs
  • Update the CRM and Platform systems with relevant information
  • Liaise with Back Office Manager for any issues
  • Handle any Client Chargebacks
  • Collaborate with the Compliance and Risk Team regarding client verification procedures
  • Conciliating with customers and service providers on payment issues
  • Other ad-hoc duties as per managements’ request

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1-year experience in relevant position in the FX industry
  • Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel)
  • University / College Degree in Business / Economics / Finance or any relevant field
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • An EU passport holder or have the right to live and work in Cyprus
  • Fluent verbal and written English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Holder of CySEC Basic certificate is an advantage

Customer Relationship Officer – Korean Speaker

We are a well-established global CFD broker offering traders access to CFDs across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks, and Cryptocurrencies and we are currently looking to recruit a full-time Customer Relationship Officer – Korean Speaker – in our Limassol Office.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the onboarding of trading clients, Affiliates, IBs, Money Managers, and other company partners
  • Develop the country, territory, or region you have been assigned to including but not limited to converting the leads to clients and acquiring & establishing business relationships with new and existing partners
  • Proactively work to retain and to reactivate clients and partners
  • Negotiate the terms of each partnership based upon the existing rebate structures
  • Assist in the monitoring of affiliates and partners on a regular basis to optimize their activities and performance
  • Promote the company’s products and services and keep up to date with the financial markets
  • Assist with incoming queries from all prospects and clients by telephone, email, and other communication channels supported by the company
  • Enforce prudent approach and due diligence to the regulatory framework as per the company policies and ethics.
  • Work with the team to ensure the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
  • Travel to conferences and business meetings where required.

Candidate Profile

  • Native or near-native Malay is required and fluent English is essential.
