Verizon Communications Inc (VZ.xnys) is an American multinational telecommunications conglomerate headquartered in New York, the United States. The former Bell Atlantic company offers voice, data, video services on its networks and platforms, delivering on customers' demand for mobility, reliable network connectivity, security, and control. VERIZON provides communication services to 120 million subscribers through its 148 office locations across 14 countries. Verizon Communications Inc is traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and the NASDAQ as a Dow Jones Industrial Average Index (DJIA) constituent. It is also a component of the Standard & Poor’s 100 Index (S&P-100) and the Standard and Poor’s 500 Index (S&P-500). In January 2020, Verizon Communications Inc announced its privacy-focused search engine OneSearch and its collaboration with Apple to bring connectivity to iPhone 12 devices.
