In September 2021, the operating company of wohnungsboerse.net was sold in full to Scout24 AG. The company set a goal for the following years to digitise the process of real estate transactions with the ImmoScout24 leading platform, create new products, and build up an ecosystem for renting, buying, and commercial real estate in Germany and Austria.
