Commerzbank AG (CBK.xetr) is a German banking corporation headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Commerzbank engages in private and corporate banking, providing financial transactions, safekeeping of funds, investment management and advisory, securities, debt financing, liquidity management, digital and finance banking, advisory, risk hedging solutions and other banking-related services. Germany’s second-largest bank has 49,174 employees, operates a network of seven material subsidiaries with more than 1,235 Commerzbank branches and has an international presence in over 50 countries. The German bank services approximately 18.8 million retail clients and small enterprises, about 70,000 corporate and institutional clients.
