The company has marketing and development offices in Russia, the United States and South Africa and employs 6,500 people across 23 global locations. Aristocrat has several distribution partnerships, including Sammy Corporation in Japan, and in October 2021, announced a bid to buy Playtech for $3.7B (USD). Aristocrat Leisure Ltd stock is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and has a market capitalisation of $29.47B (AUD) as of January 2022.
