FP Markets Welcome Gift Promotion (Thailand) – T&Cs

FP Markets LLC (“FP Markets”) promotes its “Welcome Gift Promotion (“Promotion”) to its Introducing Brokers (IBs) and Retail Clients in Thailand, subject to the terms and conditions contained in the present document ("Promotion Terms”).

• By opening a trading account with FP Markets and applying for this Promotion, the Client acknowledges that he has read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Promotion Terms, as well as FP Markets Client Agreement and any other key policies listed on the FP Markets’ website.
• This Promotion is available from the 1st of July 2023 (00:00 GMT+3) until 31st of 2023 (23:59 GMT+3).
• The Client shall be eligible for this Promotion subject to the following conditions:

1. The Client has successfully registered and be approved for a trading account via the following link fpmarkets.com
2. The Client must make a minimum first-time deposit of US$500 (or the equivalent amount in another currency(s)) and have traded a minimum of two (2) lots of either FX or Gold products
3. the Client must act in good faith in applying for this Promotion
4. the Client must provide true and accurate details in connection with this Promotion, including without limitation the Client’s telephone contact details 
5. the Client must not have previously obtained this Promotion (regardless of the number of accounts which the Client maintains with FP Markets)
6. Previous and current employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

• Upon fulfilment of the above conditions, the Client shall receive the Gift Box, which includes FP Markets branded notebook, pen, travel mug and power bank.
• FP Markets reserves the right to terminate the Promotion referred to within these Terms and Conditions at any time during which the Promotion is in effect.
• Duplicate accounts are prohibited, and Clients are advised not to proceed with the opening of multiple accounts aiming to receive the Gift Box. FP Markets reserves the right to close such duplicate accounts without prior notice.
• FP Markets shall have the final say in case of dispute, and the Client accepts that any such decision of FP Markets shall be considered binding on the Client and shall not be subject to review or appeal by the Client or by a third party in any way whatsoever.
• FP Markets reserves the right to proceed with any amendments and/or additions to the Promotion Terms, and any such amendments and/or additions shall be notified via email to the Client to whom the Promotion has already been offered.
• EA and Scalp trading is generally accepted (Refer to abusive trading policy for further clarification).
• Hyperactive accounts that disrupt the server will not be allowed.
• Abusive Trading shall mean the following actions, but not limited to, pip-hunting, scalping, arbitrage, manipulations or exploitation of any temporal and/or minor inaccuracy in any rate or price offered on the Trading Platform, a combination of faster/slower feeds, use of any robots, spiders or other automated data entry system with the Trading Platform (unless the Client receives express written consent by the Company prior to activating the robot), violation of the Client’s obligations under paragraph 2 of the Appendix.
• These Terms & Conditions have been originally produced in English. Clients may request for these Terms and Conditions to be provided in languages other than English. FP Markets holds no responsibility in regards to the reliability or correctness of the translated version.  In the case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the original English text and its translation into any other language the original version in English shall prevail.
