Head of Sales| APAC | Full Time
We are currently looking for a leader to head up our Sales operations as we expand our footprint throughout Australia and the wider Asia Pacific region. This is an exciting opportunity that will see you lead and motivate a team of dynamic sales professionals whilst identifying and developing new business opportunities, supporting product development, managing compliance, and forming part of a Global management team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Championing the drive to grow the FP Markets footprint throughout Australia and APAC regions while owning our brand values and vision
- Leading, recruiting and growing a dynamic team of Sales Executives whilst fostering a culture of team development and enabling a growth management mindset
- Management and ownership of Sales & Revenue KPIs and the wider sales plan
- Identification, development, and onboarding of new client/partner relationships (regional Affiliates/IB’s/Money Managers and other company partners)
- Initiating and developing sound go-to-market decisions whilst working with the FP Market stakeholders throughout Australia, Cyprus, the UK
- Supporting product development and the launch of new products to market
- Identify and owning business risks and opportunities, whilst ensuring all business activity adheres to strict quality control market compliance (AML/CTF, etc)
