This well-established and ambitious globally regulated (including CySEC, ASIC) CFD and Forex Broker with headquarters in Australia and further offices internationally, is seeking a Marketing Officer to join its growing CySEC entity team in Limassol.

This candidate does not require prior experience but needs to be self-motivated, have a can-do attitude, attention to detail, willingness to learn and be a team-player. The candidate needs to be fluent in written and spoken English and fluency in other languages is viewed favorably. Main Duties and Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity to join an established but ambitious and rapidly-growing company and execute strategies aimed at the expansion of the group’s marketing:

  • Assist coordinating marketing activity with vendors and subsidiaries
  • Media source advertising opportunities and place company advertisements in the media
  • Creating and develop new innovative ways to communicate the company message to the existing costumers
  • Social Media management and strategic planning
  • Copy editing and proof-reading ensuring company’s message is communicated and meets quality standards and compliance requirements
  • Support any ad hoc administrative duties within marketing
  • Support Company events/ seminars/ expos coordination if required
  • Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales

Candidate Profile

  • Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
  • University / College Degree in Business preferred
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • An EU passport holder or have the right to live and work in Cyprus
  • Fluent verbal and written English (additional languages are an advantage)

With headquarters in Australia and further offices internationally, the broker is seeking a talented candidate with proven top-level marketing experience to join its growing team in Limassol.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the brand and content strategy to share through all relevant channels
  • Performance monitoring of campaigns and tracking results to maximise efficiency of campaigns.
  • Ensure that high-quality services are delivered effectively, efficiently and consistently and create campaign reviews and recommendations/learnings for future execution.
  • Manage and monitor external agencies (e.g. SEO) to deliver exceptional results.
  • Define KPIs, measurement, analytics and reporting methods to measure success.
  • Enforce prudent approach to the regulatory framework and compliance as per the company policies, ethos and ethics and meet internal standards set by the relevant bodies without compromising on quality.
  • Motivating and leading the team to work with genuine commitment and to achieve the specific targets of the business.
  • Ensure staffing levels are maintained to complete all aspects of the company’s marketing strategy and if required, recruitment and selection of new members for the marketing team.
  • Proposes new ideas and concepts to drive growth into new markets.
  • Keeps up to date with the latest trends within the digital and social media landscape and carrying out competitor analysis to ensure competitiveness of the company strategy.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree or high-level of combination of education and experience. Degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields preferred.
  • Strong experience in lead generation and campaign management.
  • Strong experience in social media and media-buying
  • Proven work experience in implementation of performance management and quality control to review various processes.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketing best practice and an eye for creative marketing opportunities.
  • Problem-solving and ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking and an attention to detail.
  • Ability lead and inspire marketing teams and able to deliver effectively under pressure.
  • Skilled in time management and ability to focus and drive to meet goals, deadline and manage a demanding workload.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both oral and written

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handling and monitoring clients’ deposits and withdrawals, making sure they are carried out as per relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Perform daily reconciliations between trading platforms and Banks & PSPs
  • Update the CRM system with relevant information
  • Liaise with Back Office Manager for any issues
  • Collaborate with the Compliance and Risk Team regarding client verification procedures
  • Conciliating with customers and service providers on payment issues
  • Other ad-hoc duties as per managements’ request

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1-year experience in relevant position in the FX industry
  • Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • University / College Degree in Business / Economics / Finance or any relevant field
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • An EU passport holder or have the right to live and work in Cyprus
  • Fluent verbal and written English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Basic CySEC certificate is an advantage
