How to verify your trading account

For Proof of identity:

The accepted file types are: jpeg, png, jpg and pdf.

A valid ID document, such as Passport, National ID, or Driving License.

• If the document is two-sided, please upload both sides and all four corners should be visible.
• The documents should contain a full name (address, if available on the document).
• The document should contain the issue date.
• The documents must have a photo of the client.
• Full name must match the name of the account holder exactly.
• The client should be 18 or above.
• The documents should be issued by government authority.

If your proof of identity already contains a full residential address an additional proof of residence documents will not be required.

For Proof of Residence:

The accepted file types are: jpeg, png, jpg and pdf.

• A proof of residence document issued in the past 6 months.
• Utility bill.
• Bank statement.
• Internet or mobile bill.

The document should be showing your full residential address.

After uploading your documents they will be reviewed by our Onboarding team who will promptly follow up via email confirming whether the account is approved or any additional document is needed.
