Back-Office (Payments) Administrator

This well-established and ambitious globally-regulated (including CySEC, ASIC) CFD and Forex Broker with headquarters in Australia and further offices internationally, is seeking a:

 

  • Back-Office (Payments) Administrator to join its growing CySEC entity team in Limassol.

 

The successful candidate needs prior experience and a can-do attitude, willingness to learn and be a team-player. The candidate needs to be fluent in written and spoken English and fluency in other languages is viewed favorably. This is a great opportunity to work in a varied role and be overseen by and mentored by a team of industry professionals with years of industry experience. WORKING HOURS
  • CY Time: 09:00 – 17:00 or 12:00 – 20:00 as deemed necessary

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling and monitoring clients’ deposits and withdrawals, making sure they are carried out as per relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Perform daily reconciliations between trading platforms and Banks & PSPs
  • Update the CRM system with relevant information
  • Liaise with Back Office Manager for any issues
  • Collaborate with the Compliance and Risk Team regarding client verification procedures
  • Conciliating with customers and service providers on payment issues
  • Other ad-hoc duties as per managements’ request

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Minimum 1-year experience in relevant position in the FX industry
  • Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • University / College Degree in Business / Economics / Finance or any relevant field
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • An EU passport holder or have the right to live and work in Cyprus
  • Fluent verbal and written English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Basic CySEC certificate is an advantage
