FP Markets Indonesia Trading Competition Terms & Conditions - August 2023

• FP Markets LLC (“FP Markets”) promotes its “Indonesia Trading Competition (“Promotion”) to its Introducing Brokers (IBs) and Retail Clients in Indonesia, subject to the terms and conditions contained in the present document ("Promotion Terms”).
• By opening a trading account with FP Markets and applying for this Promotion, the Client acknowledges that he has read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Promotion Terms and FP Markets Client Agreement and any subsequent documents, which are available on the FP Markets website.
• This Promotion is available from the 1st of August 2023 (00:00 GMT+3) until the 25th of August 2023 (23:59 GMT+3).
• The Client shall be eligible for this Promotion subject to the following conditions:
• Registrations will start on the 1st of August.
• The competition will start on the 14th of August.
• Registrations will end on the EOD 13th of August.
• The Competition will end on the 25th of August.
• Prizes:
  1st 500$
  2nd 300$
  3rd 200$
  4th 100$
• a) This Promotion only applies to Indonesian Clients who opened a trading account through http://fpmarkets.com and are verified (KYC).
  b) The Client who registers must make a minimum first-time deposit of US$100.
  c) the Client must act in good faith in applying for this Promotion)
  d) the Client must have authorised any application to FP Markets for this Promotion
  e) the Client must provide true and accurate details and information in connection with this Promotion, including without limitation the Client’s telephone contact details)
  f) the Client must not have previously obtained this Promotion (regardless of the number of accounts which the Client maintains with FP Markets)
  g) the Client must use an FP Markets trading account)
  h) the Client must not be an employee or partner of FP Markets
• FP Markets reserves the right to terminate the Promotion referred to within these Terms and Conditions at any time during which the Promotion is in effect.
• Duplicate accounts are prohibited, and Clients are advised not to proceed with the opening of multiple accounts aiming to receive the Gift Box. FP Markets reserves the right to close such duplicate accounts without prior notice.
• These Terms & Conditions are made in English. Any other language translation is provided as a convenience only. In the case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the original English text and its translation into any other language, as the case may be, the original version in English shall prevail.
• FP Markets shall have the final say in case of dispute, and the Client accepts that any such decision of FP Markets shall be considered binding on the Client and shall not be subject to review or appeal by the Client or by a third party in any way whatsoever.
• FP Markets reserves the right to proceed with any amendments and/or additions to the Promotion Terms, and any such amendments and/or additions shall be notified via email to the Client to whom the Promotion has already been offered.
