Stockland Corporation Ltd (SGP.xasx) is one of the largest diversified Australian property groups real estate investment trusts (REITs) with business in shopping centres, housing estates, industrial estates and retirement villages headquartered in Sydney. The company’s current activities include the management of 41 centres valued $5B (AUD) across Australia, development of 65 residential communities with end-market value of approximately $21.2B (AUD), ownership and management of 16 offices in Australian cities, 13 distribution and industrial centres, and 62 established retirement living villages. Stockland subsidiaries are Stockland Property Management Pty Ltd, Stockland Singapore Pte Ltd and Stockland Halladale. Stockland is committed to supporting organisations and individuals of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
